Join LabSpace’s Online Coding Adventure for Brownie Girl Scouts!
Discover the exciting world of coding in this fun and interactive online workshop for Junior Girl Scouts. Designed for small groups of only 10 participants, you’ll enjoy ample opportunities to share ideas, ask questions, and get personalized help from our expert instructor.
Get ready to:
- Embark on coding quests: Learn about algorithms, debugging, events, loops, and more through engaging activities.
- Bring your stories to life: Create your own interactive stories and games using ScratchJr, a user-friendly programming language designed for young learners.
- Unleash your creativity: Customize characters, add voices and sounds, and even include photos to make your projects truly unique.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Download ScratchJr: It’s free for Android phones and tablets, iPads and iPhones, and there’s a beta version for Chromebooks. We recommend downloading it before the workshop.
- Small group, big impact: With a limited class size, your child will receive individualized attention and plenty of opportunities to interact.
- Badge bonanza! Each workshop fulfills the requirements for a Brownie Girl Scout badge (badge not included).
