Ready to fly into a fun, hands-on family adventure? Join us at LabSpace Robotics for a special workshop where you’ll mix science, engineering, and art!
You and your child will work together on engaging activities, all centered on the fascinating world of bats:
Bat Fact Scavenger Hunt: Discover cool, real-world facts about these nocturnal flyers.
Wing Span Challenge: See how your wingspan measures up to some of the world’s biggest bats!
Flapping Bat Project: Engineer a paper-and-string bat that flaps its wings when you pull the string!
Every team will get to take home their working Flapping Bat and their Bat Tessellation artwork!
Designed for children aged 6–9 (younger siblings aged 4-5 are welcome to join the team).
$12 per parent/child team, up to 2 siblings
