Experiement with iron filings to see magnetic fields. Then we’ll use those magnetic fields to create a moving sculptue powered by magnets. Will you make a rocket that zooms through space, a butterfuly that flits through a garden, or some other amazing creation?
Ages 5-7 should have a hands-on adult helper. Older can work on their own, but of course, adults are welcome to stay if they like.
All materials provided. You’ll get to take your sculpture home. Tuition: $8.00 per maker.
