Knowing how to use a graphing calculator can help studentsParticipating students will work in small and large group sessions to learn to model algebraic concepts, analyze function behavior and make conclusions using the TI technology. This is an interactive hands-on class that requires students to have a TI Calculator. (If you do not have one, please contact LabSpace to see if we have any available to loan for the class. )
Graphing calculators are an important tool in upper level math and can be used on standardized tests. Developing skills with the calculator can offer an advantage to students.
