Intro Level: Design your own pong style game. We’ll cover basic game making techniques, collisions, movements, creation of objects and inserting objects. While everyone will create the same type of game, you’ll have lots of opportunities to make the game your own but varying rules and creating the game art.

LabSpace Game Design classes are live, online. We limit the class size to 8 students to allow plenty of time for asking questions and sharing ideas.

This class will meet via Zoom. An invitation will be sent out a couple of days before class starts.

Your teacher for this class is Mr Max.  Max loves to create and play video games.  He has experience creating games in the ClickTeam Fusion game engine as well as in Roblox with the LUA programming language.  Mr Max is currently studying for his degree in computer science.

Clickteam Fusion 2.5 will be our game design program. We’ll be using the free, trial version. Here is a download link: https://www.clickteam.com/clickteam-fusion-2-5.
