The Mentor STEM Club is for students in middle and high school who are interested in tech and have some experience with robotics and
programming (or perhaps other tech subjects we haven’t thought of yet.) Instructor permission is required for this activity. Student presentations on topics of interest are encouraged. Presenters will need to meet with one of the teachers to discuss their topic. We’ll also be studying the Make Stuff Move kits received through a grant. Once we have a firm grasp, we’ll schedule several free community events to share what we’ve learned with other students. We plan to offer this club throughout the school year. Students in this club are expected to volunteer to help mentor younger students. There is no set number of volunteer hours. Thursdays 5:00-5:50
