Upcoming LightHouse Fieldtrips to LabSpace

We’re excited to have you visiting LabSpace!!  On your fieldtrip, we’ll divide into two groups and have 2 activities: we’ll be bringing Legos to life with motors, sensors and programming, sorry the Legos stay at LabSpace,  but we’ll also be  building a fun engineering project you can take home.  We’ll save a few minutes during your trip to explore some of the fun LabSpace activities.

We know that you may have siblings along with you.  We do have activities in the front area of LabSpace that they are welcome to explore.  If you feel they could participate with the group, you are welcome to register them as well.  I would say that an older 4 year old  could participate in the k/1 group with your hands-on help. In the Grades 2-4 group, older siblings would enjoy the activities as well.

Fieldtrips are starting before the mall is officially open.  Please park in the lot between the Car Wash and Ross.  Enter through the mall entrance nearest LabSpace.  All other entrances will be locked.  If no one is at the door to let you in, please call (573) 645-0800 and we’ll be right there. Until the mall officially opens at 11, we all have to be in LabSpace, so family members will have to stay in the space and can’t walk through the mall corridors until  11.

Payment: Tuition is $10 for each participating child.  If this is a financial difficulty, please email me at [email protected].  Please don’t let money be a reason you can’t attend.

Kindergarten-Grade 1:  Feb 6, 2025- 10:00-12:00

Grades 2 – 4: Feb 27, 2025 10:00-12:00
