Join us for some creative character-making fun! Students will discuss famous characters and their traits, then get imaginative collaging a character of their own. Ages 7+ (younger students may attend with help from an adult)

About your teacher:

Miss Amy is an illustrator, painter and muralist and has taught art for 9 years.  She does many of her illustrations digitally and loves to create bright, happy and nostalgic art. Aside from illustrating, she loves large scales painting and your can find her murals in restaurants and building throughout mid-Missouri (including a LabSpace).  Teaching art classes is one of her favorite ways to share art.  She loves to see students’ creativity blossom and often finds inspiration from their enthusiasm.   Miss Amy encourages creativity in her classes.  She wants children to take the techniques she teaches and use them to bring their ideas to life, so, no two projects will look the same.
