Grades 1-2
An introduction to engineering design and programming for young students! We’ll be building and programming a new amusement park attraction at each lesson. Students will practice brainstorming and problem solving as they test and refine prototypes to improve their ideas.
The programming language we use was designed by Lego specifically for young children. It does not require reading skills other than letter and number recognition. Students will use this language to program their creations. We’ll incorporate sensors and motors into our projects.
